Fungal alpha-amylase enzyme produced by submerged fermentation of a selected strain of Aspergillus Niger. Its used in Nutraceutical, Paper, Food, Bakery, Flour mill and Hydrolysis to starch (Carbohydrate).

DOSAGE:

STORAGE:
Should be stored in closed container under cool conditions. (below 15 degree temperature)
SAFETY AND ENZYME HANDLING:
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mist should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes
